Do You Accept Insurance?

I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Many BCBS products will cover nutrition counseling at 100%, however benefits must be verified. If you have a different type of insurance, I can provide you with a superbill, some insurance companies will reimburse a portion.

What If I Don't Have Insurance?

I offer self-pay rates and package pricing that is discounted because I believe everyone should have access to good nutrition.  Pricing can be found under the "Services" tab. 

Do I Need A Referral?

A referral from your doctor is required in order to meet with a dietitian if you reside in Tennessee, however it is a simple process. Ask your doctor to fax a referral to (855) 239-8430 or you can provide them my form HERE.
